1 AN ACT to amend the Currency Exchange Act by changing
2 Section .1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 1. The Currency Exchange Act is amended by
6 changing Section .1 as follows:
7 (205 ILCS 405/.1) (from Ch. 17, par. 4801.1)
8 Sec. .1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
9 be cited as the Currency Exchange Act.
