1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $4,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital
6 Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for the
7 stabilization of structures, planning, and restoration of the
8 Pullman Clock Tower, Administration Building, and Factory
9 Historic Site.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 1999.
