1 AN ACT to amend the Service Men's Employment Tenure Act
2 by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Service Men's Employment Tenure Act is
6 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (330 ILCS 60/1) (from Ch. 126 1/2, par. 29)
8 Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
9 Service Men's Employment Tenure Act.
