1 AN ACT to amend the Agricultural Areas Conservation and
2 Protection Act by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Agricultural Areas Conservation and
6 Protection Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (505 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 5, par. 1001)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
9 cited as the "Agricultural Areas Conservation and Protection
10 Act".
