1 AN ACT to amend the Capital Development Board Act by
2 adding Section 10.17.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended
6 by adding Section 10.17 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 3105/10.17 new)
8 Sec. 10.17. Parks College redevelopment. To make grants
9 to the Cahokia Development Authority to purchase and
10 redevelop the Parks College site in Cahokia, Illinois.
