1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Natural Areas Preservation
2 Act by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Natural Areas Preservation Act
6 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (525 ILCS 30/1) (from Ch. 105, par. 701)
8 Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
9 "Illinois Natural Areas Preservation Act".
