1 AN ACT to amend the State Designations Act by adding
2 Section 75.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The State Designations Act is amended by
6 adding Section 75 as follows:
7 (5 ILCS 460/75 new)
8 Sec. 75. State soil. Drummer silty clay loam is
9 designated the official State soil of the State of Illinois.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.
