1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $1,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for a grant
7 to Chase House for costs associated with a fourth Chase House
8 child care and hospice care facility for children with AIDS
9 or HIV and persons with HIV-affected family situations.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 1999.
