1 AN ACT to amend the Capital Development Board Act by
2 adding Section 10.17.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended
6 by adding Section 10.17 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 3105/10.17 new)
8 Sec. 10.17. Mary Brown Community Center renovation. To
9 make grants to the City of East St. Louis to be used to
10 renovate the Mary Brown Community Center in East St. Louis.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.
