1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital
6 Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for a grant
7 to the Cahokia Development Authority to purchase and
8 redevelop the Parks College site in Cahokia, Illinois.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
10 1, 1999.
