1 AN ACT to amend the Chicago State University Law by
2 adding Section 5-115.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Chicago State University Law is amended
6 by adding Section 5-115 as follows:
7 (110 ILCS 660/5-115 new)
8 Sec. 5-115. Electronic sharing of information. The
9 offices of the University that are associated with billing
10 students, including without limitation the registration
11 office, collections office, cashier's office, and admissions
12 office, shall electronically share information with each
13 other to prevent duplicate billing and for any other reasons
14 that the University deems necessary.
