1 AN ACT to amend the Board of Higher Education Act by
2 changing Section 5.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Board of Higher Education Act is amended
6 by changing Section 5 as follows:
7 (110 ILCS 205/5) (from Ch. 144, par. 185)
8 Sec. 5. No compensation; reimbursement for expenses. The
9 members of the Board shall serve without compensation but
10 they shall be reimbursed for their actual and necessary
11 traveling and other expenses while engaged in the performance
12 of their duties.
