1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Lake Management Program Act
2 by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Lake Management Program Act is
6 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (525 ILCS 25/1) (from Ch. 19, par. 1401)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
9 be cited as the "Illinois Lake Management Program Act."
