1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Act on the Aging by changing
2 Section 3.03.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Act on the Aging is amended by
6 changing Section 3.03 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 105/3.03) (from Ch. 23, par. 6103.03)
8 Sec. 3.03. Council. "Council" means the Council on
9 Aging created by this Act.
