1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Act on the Aging by changing
2 Section 3.02.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Act on the Aging is amended by
6 changing Section 3.02 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 105/3.02) (from Ch. 23, par. 6103.02)
8 Sec. 3.02. Director. "Director" means the Director of
9 the Department.
