1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1805
2 AMENDMENT NO. ____. Amend House Bill 1805 as follows:
3 in Section 5-10, in the definition of "Auctioneer", by
4 replacing "a person or entity who, for a fee," with "a person
5 or entity who, for another, for a fee,"; and
6 in Section 10-1, after the caption, by inserting "(a)"; and
7 in Section 10-1, after paragraph (3), by inserting the
8 following:
9 "(b) Nothing in this Act shall be construed to apply to a
10 vehicle dealer licensed by the Secretary of State of
11 Illinois, or to any employee of the licensee, who is a
12 resident of the State of Illinois, while the employee is
13 acting in the regular scope of his or her employment for the
14 licensee, or to sales by or through the licensee.".
