1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $200,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for a
7 grant to the City of Chicago for costs associated with
8 reforestation necessitated by Asian long-horned beetle
9 infestation.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 1999.
