1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2010
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2010 by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT to amend the Illinois Dental Practice Act by
5 changing Section 20."; and
6 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
7 following:
8 "Section 5. The Illinois Dental Practice Act is amended
9 by changing Section 20 as follows:
10 "(225 ILCS 25/20) (from Ch. 111, par. 2320)
11 Sec. 20. Display of Licenses. Any person licensed to
12 practice dentistry or dental hygiene in this State by the
13 Department as hereinbefore provided, shall at all times
14 display the such license or duplicate original thereof in a
15 conspicuous place, in his or her office wherein he or she
16 shall practice the such profession, and shall further,
17 whenever requested, exhibit the such license to any of the
18 members of the Department or its authorized agent. Upon proof
19 by affidavit, the Department shall provide a duplicate if the
20 such person establishes that his or her license is lost or
21 stolen or that he or she practices at multiple locations.
