 1        AN  ACT  to amend the School Construction Law by changing
 2    Section 5-55.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section  5.   The  School  Construction Law is amended by
 6    changing Section 5-55 as follows:

 7        (105 ILCS 230/5-55)
 8        Sec. 5-55. Rules.
 9        (a)  The Capital Development Board shall promulgate  such
10    rules  that  as  it  deems  necessary  for  carrying  out its
11    responsibilities under the provisions of this Article.
12        (b)  The State Board of Education shall  promulgate  such
13    rules  that  as  it  deems  necessary  for  carrying  out its
14    responsibilities under the provisions of this Article.
