1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2067
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2067 by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT to amend the School Code by adding Sections
5 10-20.34 and 34-18.21."; and
6 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
7 following:
8 "Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding
9 Sections 10-20.34 and 34-18.21 as follows:
10 (105 ILCS 5/10-20.34 new)
11 Sec. 10-20.34. Medicaid-eligible children; health care
12 resources. As authorized by federal law, a school district
13 may access federally funded health care resources if the
14 school district provides early periodic screening and
15 diagnostic testing services, including screening and
16 diagnostic services, health care and treatment, preventive
17 health care, or any other measure, to correct or improve
18 health impairments of Medicaid-eligible children.

20 Sec. 34-18.21. Medicaid-eligible children; health care
