1 AN ACT to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 by
2 changing Section 110-11.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is
6 amended by changing Section 110-11 as follows:
7 (725 ILCS 5/110-11) (from Ch. 38, par. 110-11)
8 Sec. 110-11. Bail on a new trial.
9 If the judgment of conviction is reversed and the cause
10 remanded for a new trial the trial court may order that the
11 bail stand pending the such trial, or reduce or increase
12 bail.
