1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Municipal Code by changing
2 Section 11-74.4-11.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Municipal Code is amended by
6 changing Section 11-74.4-11 as follows:
7 (65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-11) (from Ch. 24, par. 11-74.4-11)
8 Sec. 11-74.4-11. Severability. If any Section,
9 subdivision, paragraph, sentence or clause of this Division
10 is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unconstitutional,
11 such decision shall not affect any remaining portion, Section
12 or part thereof which can be given effect without the invalid
13 provision.
