1 AN ACT to amend the Child Care Act of 1969 by adding
2 Section 4.5.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Child Care Act of 1969 is amended by
6 adding Section 4.5 as follows:
7 (210 ILCS 10/4.5 new)
8 Sec. 4.5. Child care agencies; consulting fees. A child
9 care agency may charge a consulting fee prior to placement of
10 the child care provider.
