2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2374 on page 1, by
3 deleting lines 16 through 23; and
4 on page 2, by deleting lines 23 through 27; and
5 on page 3, by deleting lines 1 and 2; and
6 on page 3, line 3, by replacing "(2)" with "(1)"; and
7 on page 3, line 4, by replacing "(3)" with "(2)"; and
8 on page 5, by replacing lines 25 through 28 with "State
9 Comptroller, or State Treasurer, or an agent on behalf of the
10 candidate, may file with"; and
11 on page 6, by replacing lines 4 through 7 with "State, State
12 Comptroller, or State Treasurer, or an agent on behalf of the
13 candidate, may"; and
14 on page 9, by deleting lines 19 and 20; and
15 on page 9, by replacing lines 24 through 29 with "entire
16 allotted space. The length of the statement shall be limited
17 to not more than 900 words for 59.6 square inches of space.";

19 on page 11, by replacing lines 5 through 7 with "General,
