91_HB2607 LRB9104782LDmb 1 AN ACT to amend the Liquor Control Act of 1934 by 2 changing Section 7A-6. 3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 4 represented in the General Assembly: 5 Section 5. The Liquor Control Act of 1934 is amended by 6 changing Section 7A-6 as follows: 7 (235 ILCS 5/7A-6) (from Ch. 43, par. 157f) 8 Sec. 7A-6. Violations. Any person who violates any of the 9 provisions of this Article or any of the rules and 10 regulations of the Department for the administration and 11 enforcement of the provisions of this Article is guilty of a 12 Class B misdemeanor. In case of a continuing violation each 13 day's continuance thereof shall be a separate and distinct 14 offense. 15 (Source: P.A. 82-783.)
