1 AN ACT to amend the Public Community College Act by
2 adding Section 2-12.2.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Public Community College Act is amended
6 by adding Section 2-12.2 as follows:
7 (110 ILCS 805/2-12.2 new)
8 Sec. 2-12.2. Experimental district; former Metropolitan
9 Community District No. 541. The State Board shall establish
10 an experimental community college district to be comprised of
11 the territory of former Metropolitan Community College
12 District No. 541 established under Section 2-12.1.
13 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
14 becoming law.
