1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3073
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3073 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 12 through 15 with the following:
4 "g. causes to be sold, transferred, distributed, or given
5 to such child under 18 years of age, a controlled substance
6 as defined in Section 102 of the Illinois Controlled
7 Substances Act in violation of Article IV of the Illinois
8 Controlled Substances Act, except for controlled substances
9 that are prescribed in accordance with Article III of the
10 Illinois Controlled Substances Act and are dispensed to such
11 child in a manner that substantially complies with the
12 prescription."; and
13 on page 4, by deleting lines 22 through 32; and
14 on page 5, by deleting lines 1 through 10.
