1 AN ACT to amend the All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly
2 Act.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly Act is
6 amended by changing Section 25 as follows:
7 (320 ILCS 40/25) (from Ch. 23, par. 6925)
8 Sec. 25. Rules and regulations. The Illinois Department
9 shall promulgate rules and regulations as necessary to
10 implement this Act.
