1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3457
2 AMENDMENT NO. ____. Amend House Bill 3457, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 10 through 14 with the
5 following:
6 "area shaped so as to blend into an extension of the
7 surrounding topography or an above-grade manmade functional
8 structure not to exceed 20 feet in height, provided that the
9 area or structure shall be covered with sufficient soil
10 materials to sustain vegetation or by a road or structure,
11 and further provided that no such area or structure shall be
12 constructed within a home rule municipality with a population
13 over 500,000.";and
14 on page 7, in line 1, by replacing "ELUCs." with the
15 following:
16 "ELUCs.
17 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
18 becoming law.".
