1 AN ACT to amend the Bill of Rights for Children by
2 changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Bill of Rights for Children is amended by
6 changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (725 ILCS 115/1) (from Ch. 38, par. 1351)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
9 cited as the Bill of Rights for Children.
