1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Controlled Substances Act by
2 changing Section 101.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Controlled Substances Act is
6 amended by changing Section 101 as follows:
7 (720 ILCS 570/101) (from Ch. 56 1/2, par. 1101)
8 Sec. 101. Short title.
9 This Act shall be known as and may be cited as the
10 "Illinois Controlled Substances Act".
