1 AN ACT in relation to liens.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Hospital Lien Act is amended by changing
5 Section 4 as follows:
6 (770 ILCS 35/4) (from Ch. 82, par. 100)
7 Sec. 4. Hospital's failure to give written statement.
8 Should any hospital fail or refuse to give or file a written
9 statement in conformity with and as required by Section 3
10 hereof after being so requested in writing in conformity with
11 Section 3 hereof, the lien of such hospital shall immediately
12 become null and void.
