1 AN ACT to amend the Retail Installment Sales Act.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Retail Installment Sales Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (815 ILCS 405/1) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 501)
7 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
8 Retail Installment Sales Act.
