1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by adding Section
2 10-20.34.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section
6 10-20.34 as follows:
7 (105 ILCS 5/10-20.34 new)
8 Sec. 10-20.34. Consolidation. Thornton Township High
9 School District 205 shall consolidate with Dolton School
10 District 148.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
12 becoming law.
