1 AN ACT to amend the Southern Illinois University
2 Management Act by adding Section 10.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Southern Illinois University Management
6 Act is amended by adding Section 10 as follows:
7 (110 ILCS 520/10 new)
8 Sec. 10. Hospitality industry training program. Subject
9 to approval under Section 7 of the Board of Higher Education,
10 the University shall establish a hospitality industry
11 training program at its facility located in East St. Louis,
12 Illinois.
