1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The amount of $10,403,500 or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital
6 Development Fund to the Department of Commerce and Community
7 Affairs for a grant to the City of West Frankfort for
8 infrastructure improvements.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 2000.
