1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. In addition to any other amounts appropriated
5 for this purpose, the amount of $400,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
7 of Children and Family Services to increase the number of
8 scholarships available to wards of the State under the
9 Department's scholarship program.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 2000.
