1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Community
7 Affairs for a matching grant for the construction and
8 maintenance of the International Visitor Center in Chicago,
9 to be co-sponsored by the City of Chicago.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 2000.
