1 AN ACT concerning regional planning.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Southwestern Illinois Metropolitan and
5 Regional Planning Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
6 follows:
7 (70 ILCS 1710/1) (from Ch. 85, par. 1151)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
9 cited as the "Southwestern Illinois Metropolitan and Regional
10 Planning Act".
