1 AN ACT concerning rescue squads.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Rescue Squad Districts Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 2005/1) (from Ch. 85, par. 6851)
7 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
8 Rescue Squad Districts Act.
