1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of this Body are happy to recognize
3 individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the
4 well-being of the citizens of this State; and
5 WHEREAS, Mary Lou Tallman has announced her retirement
6 after 48 years of service from the First Federal Savings &
7 Loan; and
8 WHEREAS, She has held the position of Chief Executive
9 Officer and Secretary-Treasurer of the Savings & Loan; and
10 WHEREAS, She is a member of the First United Methodist
11 Church and the American Red Cross; and
12 WHEREAS, She has been supported throughout her public and
13 private career by her husband, Warren, and her children,
14 David Tallman and Vicki Hubner; therefore, be it
15 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
16 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
17 we wish to congratulate Mary Lou Tallman on her retirement
18 from First Federal Savings & Loan and wish her good luck in
19 the future; and be it further
20 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
21 presented to her as an expression of our esteem.
