1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that the members of
3 this Body welcome the opportunity to recognize citizens of
4 this State who make outstanding contributions to society; and
5 WHEREAS, It has come to our attention that Max Sanders
6 has announced his retirement as a teacher with Libertyville
7 Community High School District 128 after thirty-four years of
8 dedicated service as a physical education, biology, and
9 drivers education teacher; from 1965 to 1980 he served as a
10 football coach; he also was a basketball coach from 1965 to
11 1999; and
12 WHEREAS, He was the chairman of the Driver Education
13 Department; therefore, be it
14 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
15 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
16 we congratulate Max Sanders for thirty-four years of
17 outstanding service in teaching, that we commend him for his
18 dedication to education and to his students, and that we
19 extend to him our sincere best wishes for the future; and be
20 it further
21 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
22 presented to Max Sanders.
