1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives take pride in acknowledging the life
4 accomplishments of individuals who have made a significant
5 contribution to their community; and
6 WHEREAS, Philip Kubisztal of LaGrange Park, Illinois has
7 been named the Policeman of the Year by the community of
8 LaGrange Park; and
9 WHEREAS, Because of his hard work and dedication to his
10 job, Philip Kubisztal receives this accolade knowing that he
11 has performed above and beyond the call of duty; and
12 WHEREAS, Philip Kubisztal is to be commended for
13 receiving this great honor and we bestow our best wishes on
14 him; therefore, be it
15 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
16 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
17 we congratulate Philip Kubisztal of LaGrange Park, Illinois,
18 on being named the Policeman of the Year by the community of
19 LaGrange Park; and be it further
20 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
21 presented to Philip Kubisztal, along with our sincere
22 regards.
