1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives wish to acknowledge the 40th anniversary of
4 the Lincoln Central Association; and
5 WHEREAS, The Lincoln Central Association works to keep
6 the community thriving, with neighborhood awareness,
7 community education, working together, and anything else that
8 can be done to help in the area; and
9 WHEREAS, On November 1, 1999, Yondorf Hall will become
10 the site of the Lincoln Central Association's 40th
11 anniversary meeting; there will be food and drink, dancing,
12 exhibits, and a chance to talk with community leaders about
13 the future of Lincoln Central; and
14 WHEREAS, The City of Chicago holds within its perimeters
15 a valued community in Lincoln Central; therefore, be it
16 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
17 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
18 we congratulate the Lincoln Central Association on their 40th
19 anniversary; and be it further
20 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
21 presented to the Lincoln Central Association.
