1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 81
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 81 on page 1, in
3 line 9, by inserting after "Health" the following:
4 ", in conjunction with representatives of State and community
5 based agencies involved with asthma,"; and
6 on page 1, in line 16, by replacing "the obese" with
7 "children"; and
8 on page 1, by inserting after line 25 the following:
9 "(4) possible funding sources for treatment of
10 asthma.
11 (c) The Department shall report to the General Assembly
12 by January 1, 2000 upon its development and implementation of
13 the asthma information program.
14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
15 becoming law.".
