1 AN ACT to amend the Court of Claims Act by changing
2 Section 29.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Court of Claims Act is amended by
6 changing Section 29 as follows:
7 (705 ILCS 505/29) (from Ch. 37, par. 439.24-9)
8 Sec. 29. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
9 cited as the "Court of Claims Act".
