1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $1 is appropriated to the Illinois
5 State Board of Education to study the relationship between
6 increased professional development for education providers
7 and student achievement.
8 Section 99. This Act takes effect July 1, 1999.
