1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may be
5 necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
6 the Department of Public Aid for a study of the current
7 Health Maintenance Organization system in the state and the
8 state's reform options.
9 Section 5. Effective Date. This Act becomes effective
10 on July 1, 1999.
