1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department of
2 Natural Resources.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the
6 General Revenue Fund to the Department of Natural Resources
7 for a grant to the Rend Lake Resort at Wayne Fitzgerrell
8 State Park to be used for providing additional rooms and
9 expansion of the conference center.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 1999.
