1 AN ACT to create the Illinois Coordinated Land Use
2 Planning Act.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 New Act
6 Section 1. Short Title. This Act may be cited as the
7 Illinois Coordinated Land Use Planning Act.
